06 Betting Rules

Result Determination

All bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority. In the event of any dispute over a result, RA77's decision shall be final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RA77 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy
• Participating in match-fixing or fraudulent betting activity
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Registering under a false identity

08 Account Suspension & Closure

RA77 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Providing false information during identity verification
• If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• At your own request (self-exclusion)

09 Responsible Gaming Policy

11 Legal Disputes & Arbitration

• RA77 will provide a written response within 14 business days
• Third-party arbitration is accepted with the mutual consent of both parties

12 Policy on Changes to Terms

RA77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
